"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." -- Nikola Tessla
Cat lovers have experienced a phenomenon caused by absently petting a cat in a gentle rhythm for hours, while concentrating on something else, like reading or watching TV. The cat and human are overcome by a tranquil harmony of deep affection.
The cat seems almost drugged in lethargic ecstasy, and this energy radiates back to the human, who in turn sends it back to the cat via the human hand as an energy conductor, resulting in a symbiotic cycle of serenity.
Do you think there is a scientific explanation for this, similar to Tessla's Oscilator -- that humans and cats have tapped into a bio-frequency, an oscillation in the universe, carrying love and affection between life forms?
I recommend young scientists do their PhD theses on this idea. If it is pseudo-science and psycho-babble, I've seen worse on The "Science" Channel.
