Is my cat pregnant ?

Lily. 8 months old

Well, I've noticed some changes in my cats behaviour her stomach seems extremely hot. And her nipples have enlarged. I've also noticed a round , large lump in the stomach area.

I have my suspicions she is pregnant. But my family are convinced that she is not. She is purring a lot more and rubbing her head against my hand and the furniture. She is also "meowing" a lot more and especially when I pick her up.

I have noticed some strange sounds from her. She is approx 8 months old. I hope someone could please help me to tell if she is pregnant, Thanks for your time. -S
