Casey

We got Casey when he was just a kitten, but he soon became a part of our life. As we watched him grow we found that he had special ways of showing his love for us. He would purr for pleasure when we petted him and he didn't hesitate to climb up on the bed to sleep beside us.

My wife passed away 3 years ago, and since then, Casey has been my faithful companion who shared my grief and helped to ease it too.

Sadly, after too short a life, my beloved pet died and, once again I experienced a painful loss.
I know now, without a doubt, that I will soon get another cat whom I will also grow to love but I will never forget Casey.
